Cancellation

Within 24 hours of Service, activation is the cutoff time for cancellation consideration under this policy.

Within 24 hours after Service activation, please notify our Technical Team if you believe the information we supplied you was not complete or accurate. After reviewing your feedback, the Technical Team will make a decision.

By using ERSINFO LLP, you agree to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement, both as it is written now and as it may be amended in the future. To the extent that a Subscriber is unsatisfied with any aspect of the Services offered by ERSINFO LLP, the Subscriber's sole and exclusive remedy is to cease using the Services and to cancel the ERSINFO LLP account by written notice to ERSINFO LLP. The Subscriber is still responsible for any outstanding payments at this point.

ERSINFO LLP may terminate Service to a customer for any reason, including but not limited to a failed address verification, failure to pay, breach of any provision of this Agreement, or use of the Service in violation of any law or morality.

Regarding Refunds

Our company prides itself on the quality and efficiency of our services. As such,Upon delivery of an order,the customer is provided a 15-minutes windows to inspect the product.

The period is designed to ensure that customer's statisfaction with the item's condition and to verify that the product matches the order specifications.

Once the has been delivered,the delivery personnel will wait for a period of 15 minutes to allow the customer to inspect the item. if the product is found to be unsatisfactory or defective within this period, the delivery personnel will arrange for the return of the product immediately.

However,please note that in the event of a return, the cost of delivery will be not be refunded. This is to cover the expenses incurred in the course of the initial delivery. in the event that the customer is unavailable or does not respond within the 15-minutes windows post-delivery, our return policy will no longer be applicable.Therefore,we strongly advise customers to ensure their availability during the delivery period to facilitate a smooth and convenient transaction.

To the extent possible, we want to provide Service that completely meets the needs of our patrons.

Within 30 days after installation or the start of monthly payment, we will provide a full refund if a client is not happy with our services. The Service Tax will be deducted from the refunds before they are issued.

Refunds paid for using a credit card will be returned to that card, and in the event of Payment Gateway Name payments, the original account used to make such payments will be refunded.

No of how often a subscriber pays, whether annually, semiannually, quarterly, or monthly, ERSINFO LLP will not provide a refund. If establishing a new connection is impossible, then ERSINFO LLP will provide a refund. After 15 business days, refunds take 4-6 Days to be processed.
